Account, family, and children

As a guardian you can create the family, invite other adults, and manage two types of child profiles: with or without their own phone.

Account and family

What you can do

• Create a family as the primary guardian.
• Invite other adults as co-guardians.
• Identify as Mom, Dad, or Guardian.
• Share the same operating permissions among guardians (approvals, rewards, redemptions, and more).

Create your family (primary guardian)

1. Tap Create account (guardian).
2. Enter email and password (minimum 6 characters).
3. Choose the family language.
4. Enter the family name and your name.
5. Choose who leads the team today: Mom, Dad, or Guardian.

Result: you enter the guardian control center with the five tabs.

Join as a co-guardian

1. On the primary guardian's phone: Dashboard → Devices.
2. Choose QR for Guardians → Show QR (valid about 30 minutes, single use).
3. On the other phone: I have a QR to join my family.
4. Scan the code.
5. Choose Co-guardian, complete name and role, and create your account.

Edit your profile

1. Open Dashboard → Guardians.
2. On your row (marked as "you"), tap Edit.
3. Change name, role, or profile photo.
4. Save.

Child profiles

The interface (Little ones / Junior) depends only on date of birth, not on whether they have their own phone.

Add a child without their own phone

1. Go to Dashboard → Children.
2. Tap + Add child.
3. Enter name and date of birth (minimum age 3).
4. Optional: set a 4-digit PIN to protect leaving shared mode.
5. Save.

Invite a child with their own phone

1. In Dashboard → Devices, choose QR for Children.
2. Tap Show QR.
3. On the child's phone: join with QR → role Child.
4. The child creates email and password and enters their date of birth.

Edit or delete a child

1. Dashboard → Children.
2. Tap Edit to change name, date, or photo.
3. Use the PIN option to set or remove it.
4. Delete removes the profile, tasks, and coins. Use only if you truly want to start over.
