From the Dashboard you can review family progress, adjust security, enable Premium, and recover access if devices change.
Calendar and family activity
In Dashboard → Family activity:
- Coin history for all children (filters by child and date).
- Completion calendar with stars, streak, and done / assigned tasks.
Forgive a day
- Open Dashboard → Family activity.
- Select the child.
- On the calendar, tap a red day (no tasks completed).
- Confirm Forgive day.
The streak does not break, but that day does not count as a perfect day.
Free plan: calendar history shows the last 30 days. Premium removes that limit.
Settings and security

Children, guardians, and QR codes are managed from the Dashboard, not from Settings.
Delete account
- Dashboard → Settings → Delete account.
- Read what will be erased.
- Type the confirmation word (DELETE) when asked.
- Confirm.
| Who | Effect |
|---|---|
| Primary guardian | Deletes the whole family (children, tasks, coins, medals, guardian accounts). |
| Co-guardian | Deletes only their account; the family stays active. |
This action cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by email under the account deletion policy.

- Open Dashboard.
- Tap the Premium card.
- Review benefits and subscription or restore-purchase options.
Subscriptions are managed from your phone store (Google Play or App Store).
If you change or lose a phone
Progress lives on the server. Reinstalling Habitopia does not erase that history by itself.

| Child with own account 📱 | Install Habitopia and sign in with the same email and password. Do not use QR or create a new account. |
| Child in shared mode | Guardian signs in → Shared mode → chooses the child. |
| A guardian removed the child from the family | Request a new QR (a new profile is created; the previous one no longer exists). |
If you forgot the password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen.
