Rewards and redemptions

Magic Chest cosmetics are purchased instantly and do not require your approval. Real rewards do: you confirm delivery or cancel and coins are returned.

What you can do

• Create a catalog of real rewards (movie night, ice cream, extra screen time, and more).
• Set a coin cost (minimum 5; suggested shortcuts 10 / 25 / 50).
• Limit a reward to certain children.
• Receive redemption requests and mark them delivered or cancel them.

Create a reward

1. Open the Rewards tab.
2. Tap Add reward.
3. Enter name, optional description, and coin cost.
4. Optional: choose which children can access it.
5. Save.

Fulfill a redemption

1. When the child redeems from Magic Chest → Rewards, coins are deducted immediately.
2. Open the Redemptions tab.
3. When you deliver the reward in real life, tap Delivered.
4. If it will not happen, tap Cancel to return the coins.

You may also see Tickets to approve when a child asks to use a reward already purchased in the Chest.
